If you find yourself within the clique.

Cons

No job security, under appreciated, favoritism at its best, micromanaged by incompetent managers. No opportunity for advancement and lack of communications within managements. Human Resources is a Joke. Unbelievably, with so much negativities, Standard-Narrow took legal action against competitor for taking their good employees. Company is sledding downhill.

100 year old company with amature management Financial turbulence lurking ahead while competitor attracting business and Standardaero's employees No overtime or cut back to 32 hours policy last year for some sites. Company is been sold over and over for profit or lacking profit.

If you want overtime you can have it.

Cons

This company is very unprofessional. I was told by my boss and HR that I will be staying as late as possible and working as much as I can so the rest of my department will have minimal work. I am treated very unfair and constantly accused of things I have not done. Unfortunately for me I need the insurance for my wife.
