      Look elsewhere for engineering roles

      Benefits, but not much else.

      Cons

      Compensation, management, decisions based on opinion not facts or data, poor leadership, lack of any real training or support, an engineering degree is not really needed (or even required) for many of the "engineering" roles.

      Very rare to be laid off Clean facilities Safety is prioritized

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. They are reducing benefits slowly ( pension management fees, less sick days) Management needs major improvement . Favoritism is obvious. Raises are small. Executives get massive bonuses while shop floor get peanuts. Way too many managers in this company.
