It's a job, so it's better than nothing

Cons

They really don't appreciate their employees, they want you to give a minimum of 20% overtime a week, they want you in there on your days off and weekends, they parade the PTO time in front you, but then make it almost impossible to use it. They pay below market value, that's why we have so many go to G.E.

Great experience working on different turbine engine lines.

Cons

The culture, if you don't pander to the extreme right-wing ideas of every employee there you won't fit in. Also, if you value your own personal safety which is very important in aviation also stay away. I was asked by a manager And lead tech to put my life in danger and I refused. They eventually pushed me out of the company and tarnished my reputation in aviation forcing me to leave Aviation altogether.
