We work a lot of overtime on the road and are gone from home a LOT. Experienced technicians are leaving because other companies pay more to do the same job, while we lose guys, the company isn’t finding any replacements so we often get sent from job to job with no time home, so more people are leaving…

Terrible HR Dept where nepotism is rife Middle managers and directors are seriously out of their depth Poor pay structure with wages falling way behind competition No workers representation ,(union)you are basically on your own if you have a grievance
