Benefits are actually pretty great. Lots of psuedo team building but it seems mostly a smokescreen.

Other locations up north like to stay in the past - Office 1997..REALLY?? lots of favoritism. if your manager is an ego-maniac (a slim minority but still exist), you will hate your life. lots of great folks recently laid off
