      Pros

      after 10 years with the company i have to admit there are a few pros to working here. decent benefits and good co-workers.

      Cons

      pay range is way lower than standard. don't expect more than a dollar per year. more like 50-60 cents. benefits are now probably comparable to any other company. managers and Directors seem to only be concerned with the company and nor individuals.

      Pros

      Relatively clean work environment with plenty of work. Your process improvement ideas are taken seriously. Its just a job up to I am going to make this job great work together in harmony.

      Cons

      A companies eye on the future is very important when setting goals. It would be nice if those goals were obtainable and more importantly able to be directly influenced by you or your teams effort.
