      Pros

      Decent benefits package. System to progress in areas of expertise for salary increases. Powerful computer software tools.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure to find your own jobs to keep yourself billable. A lot of pressure on utilization rates makes you afraid to bill admin time. VPN is so slow it is hard to get anything done. Web browser is antiquated to the extent that very few webpages will even load and the company won't update it. Company blocks internet sites, makes research difficult.

      Some very interesting projects and decent working experience and some of the people are great.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Bottom line seems to be all that matters even when they try and portray themselves as people focused.
