      Pros

      Strong corporate culture of community involvement. Generally good compensation and employee benefits. Strong emerging-leaders program.

      Cons

      Overly-complex administrative structure that goes along with accompany of the size (15,000 employees). Almost constantly changing senior leadership structure. Stantec's growth model is growth by acquisition, and should be re-focused on organic growth.

      Pros

      Company is involved in an incredible amount of project and movement within the company is encouraged. Good and safe company overall.

      Cons

      Many projects are seasonal, Not Stantec's fault. More could be done about the exchange of information and knowledge within the organization.

      Pros

      Excellent corporate culture and values with an open and honest dialogue with employees. It is a fast-paced, exciting & busy environment with a lot of energy. Ongoing focus and support of career development and personal growth as well as good social opportunities. Good benefits & positive environment.

      Cons

      If you're accustomed to forcing your way towards change without listening to others or seeing the big picture you might not fit in very well; Some people just are not suited to deal with the daily pressures and high expectations. Not much room for folks who continually complain or look at the glass as partly empty instead of mostly full.
