      Pros

      Great team environment Lots of company events and community involvement Compensation for on call and after hours work Competitive salaries Committed to career developement and growth

      Cons

      Many are overworked due to a staff shortage right now. The company is continuing to grow rapidly, and the shortage is a growing pain that I'm willing to suffer through since I love my job and the people that I work with.

      Pros

      Great people and relaxed working environment. Lots of room to grow. Wonderful support staff and realistic expectations from employees. Would definitely go back.

      Cons

      There are is a lot of employee movement - i.e. people leaving and new hires. So many projects and people that you can get lost in the process.
