Pros
good projects to work on, direct manager is great to work for, office leader is also top notch, my team makes money though
Cons
no outside training, get the feeling your a pc#, employee#, computer#. top management is pretty non existent, i guess they work in Canada? as long as we make money they could care less about a small office like mine, if we didn't then they would layoff the whole office maybe give us a few quarters to get things right it's the way it works around here
