Entirely toxic culture that cares far more for intra-company competition, than retaining good, hard-working employees. Raises are not keeping up with inflation, no bonuses, the health insurance is laughable, really high utilization goals for mid-tier employees leading to never-ending anxiety. You are asked to wear a lot of hats, but not paid for said hats.
