      Pros

      Very dedicated staff at the mid and lower levels. They do some amazing work and there are people who really care.

      Cons

      It's a public company and the bottom line is that it is all about profit and returns for the shareholders, no matter how hard they try to dress it as something else. You get put in a box with a company of this size and silos are hard to break down. Marketing leadership struggles to be anything more than yes people to operations and the C-Suite. Not a lot of women at the senior levels supporting other women in the company.

      Great mentorship if you look around, but can become siloed

      Cons

      Corporate, so you might not feel like there is much career growth. Raises and compensation are a bit low for the industry.

      Good Company/Some Draw Backs

      -Culture -Management -Flexibility -Benefits -Rewarded for good work ethic -Great people and friendly environment -Company truck -All tools and equipment paid for -Gas card

      Cons

      -Inconsistent work available for inspectors -No career advancement is available what so ever for inspectors -Only an engineering degree is valued here -Annual raises are standard, but like most companies, you must work extra hard to get a raise that barely keeps up with inflation if youre lucky -Weekend work is common as an inspector -Youre expected to work weekends unless you can find coverage yourself -Long hours (you work 100% of the time the contractor is on site) -No room for advancement with out engineering degree. Other degrees seem to be viewed as useless in the eyes of corporate.
