Too much work for one person; lofty deadlines and amount of work for one person was too much.

Pay, other employees are nice, managers are decent, discount after 90 days, room for advancement within the company, bonus pay program for sale of certain merchandise, weekly pay, comprehensive 'training while working' program for copy center associates

Cons

Lofty sales goals, too much work and tasks for one person to complete during a single shift, managers can be temperamental, lack of teamwork, low pay for amount of work expected, training is too much to finish, mostly an associate learns the ropes by working and figuring things out for themselves.

Everyone is very nice that works there and it is a great company for benefits, even part-time workers get great benefits. Bonuses come often.

Cons

Part-time workers get treated much differently than full-time workers by almost everyone. There is a weird divide that is unnecessary.
