Pros

Good benefits package i guess, good general manager

Cons

Assistant managers believes he owns the store and that he owns you. You never have time to go to the back room to grab a cup of coffee. You will constantly have to be on the sales floor and at the same time they will expect you to perform computer repair work! According to my management you cannot leave your technology department if you have a customer browsing even though you asked the customer whether they had any questions or needed help. You constantly have to answer phones and every time there is an item getting return to technology the dumb cashier is going to page you and have you come and inspect it even though they know that everything is good with the item. Coworkers sucked everything about this company sucked! BTW they start you at 9:30 as and easy tech associate, I wasted a year of my life working for this b/s company. Seriously i found a company that better respects their employees and provides a WAY better pay. At least I get a chance to sit down now and dont have to lift 60 lbs of case paper. Seriously stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros

Competitive wages, no problem with getting time off, lots of high tech goodies to play with, most of the staff was friendly and helpful

Cons

We were told it was a permanent position and all three of us were gone by the end of February, we were told we could expect at least 20 hours per week and we all averaged 12, Blatant favoritism shown in terms of scheduling and allocation of duties, almost never worked in the duties I was hired for, after company handbook was gone over training was almost non-existant
