-Gets repetitive -Multiple responsibilities sales, inventory, fixing computers etc -

There are great opportunities to move up within the company. I work very close to my managers and enjoy their company as more of a friend.

Cons

Just like anyone would say, I could be payed more. I also think that there should be a longer hiring process.

A few years ago it was a good company to work for.

Cons

Management will call an honest employee a liar (even though there are witnesses to employee being honest and hard working), management uses employees, don't get paid for extra work (calls at home about tech work), management won't do the right thing for their employees, upper management is setting unrealistic expectations.
