Over all a great company, with very few cons.

Pros

Laid back, but busy environment. Constant training to stay current. PTO for part time. Holiday Pay for part time. Competitive starting wages,.

Cons

No Health insurance for part time. (This is in large due to the new healthcare laws as they offered it up until they went into effect.) Only Hire Part time.

Current employees so not going to be completely negative. Coworkers are friendly, cashier system easy to master

Cons

Schedule is never constant. managers overwork you and underpay you. Managers are just glorified cashiers. Pay sucks. Never a constant task.

Pros

The pay is great for a teen with no real responsibilities. Weekly pay, And fairly easy job. You get a discount too

Cons

Depending on who manages you it can either be a great job or a terrible job. I first started with a great boss , & great supervisors with the exception of one power crazy supervisor . If coworkers don't care about doing their job it leaves u pretty much screwed since u can't rely on them to do their part. Some bosses could try to be a little bit nicer not only to team members but to the customers paying their salaries as well!
