Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

Low wages paid for high stress work. The stores aren’t set up to work together. Workers aren’t supported by management. Little to no benefits given to workers. There is no recognition for reaching goals. No matter what is accomplished, more is harshly expected.

Pros

Decent training and coaching. Lots of practice at improving sales.

Cons

Low pay for retail. You could earn more flipping burgers. You’re expected to sell while stocking shelves in an understaffed store.

Pros

Had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple business units and worked with some extremely talented individuals.

Cons

Company would often start an initiative and not give it enough time to understand its full potential. Way too many unnecessary meetings and reporting that did not contribute positively to the work environment.
