Pros
Private company and a generous owner. Every fulltime employee gets a quarterly bonus if targets are met. And they will even pay it out if we missed by a bit. I have never worked somewhere where everyone gets the perk of hitting a target . Like any other business in the entire world they had to layoff some people the other day. It sucks but it made sense why they had to do it.
Cons
Talent is concerning in some areas.
