Very good place to work, compensation good if the company targets are met, else average compensation. Good colleagues, fun place to work not much stress.

Cons

Communication gap between Supervisor and Manager to covey any message to higher positions.

Good culture and compensation. Very fair bonus structure, flexible environment. Generous with free meals and other fun perks. Growing company with opportunities.

Cons

No employer is perfect -sometimes it is not always clear how one can progress in their role - but I feel they are working on that.
