- Traveling the world - Getting discounts at already taxfree brands - Growth opportunity even if you have no degree, it is all about self-conquering

Cons

Miami office has no idea about how some managers treat recently arrived employees, which does not follow the conducts set by them and instead make them feel like slaves with no human rights.
