Pros

The attitude towards workers is amazing, they truly value good employees. The way they appreciate coffee is commandable, leading to ethical processes. Scheduling was flexible, easy to fit around other engagements.

Cons

Salary inequality within the same position, not taking into account seniority, which I would consider to be a mistake on their part.
