Pros

Inclusivity is great, health benefits are amazing

Cons

The job is solely numbers driven, profit driven and speed driven. The value of people and coffee has died but they masquerade the idea of valuing people through empty corporate tactics such as cultural network groups etc. They talk about craft but in a metaphorical context of “crafting” speed, while most baristas have no idea how to make even a basic quality cup of coffee.
