Pros

- Great benefits - Make your own lattes - The people are great - If you enjoy monotonous work that you can auto-pilot into

Cons

Management in the Help Desk is a mess. Only a few good managers, the one "in charge" is too comfortable. Its sold as an entry-point to corporate, but really is a dead-end rotating door. No changes besides ones being sold by product owners. Lack of diversity. VERY cliqueish. First thing management will talk about is their parking space that took 10 years to get.

Pros

Free drink and food while working.

Cons

They have unrealistic goals. Nothing could ever get restocked, done because they want you to talk to customers all the time but there’s a never ending drink orders. Nothing would ever get filled, cleaned during opening hours cause there’s always someone running to do something else. There needs to be more people during the day and night and corporate is too cheap to want to pay for it. Don’t even get me started when they give out cups or bogo. Don’t expect your drinks to be 100% accurate when there’s a lobby full of angry people yelling at you. Worst job ever. The terrible pay makes it all worse.

Cons

If your manager causes a hostile work environment you will not be taken care of, when a customer becomes abusive towards you you have to say thank you, manager will make you choose between outside of work responsibilities (i.e. school, family) and your job, turn over rate high,
