Pros

Free coffee? A place to work at while you are searching for another job.

Cons

There is no accountability from the Store Manager level and above. Most promotions are done via nepotism. Company values "Leadership", but those qualities are not put into practice. "Leadership" would rather kick a can, than to make a hard decision that is warranted. There is a wide gap in training, and as a Barista Trainer, I can only work with the tools that have been given to me. If I am not SCHEDULED proper training time with the PROPER TOOLS, then training is not STANDARD. These issues are of no concern to those who would be in a position to do anything about it. The company wants you to think that there is growth potential, but the same Assistant Store Managers have been in position for 12+ months. I've had 4 District Managers in 6 years. Not a very stable environment.
