Pros

For the type of job this is, benefits are quite good and the pay is decent. Hours are generally flexible as well.

Cons

Raises are yearly and not terribly high; unless you are promoted you will not see a crazy bump in your pay any time soon. This job will be as good as your staff and customers make it.

Pros

Company culture, stock grants, ability to transfer anywhere, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, perkspot, all training resources made available to everyone. Encourages personal development outside of the work place.

Cons

Large company- the higher you go the more political it becomes. Transferring to a new area can significantly hinder your development if that area's manager has different ideas of what a leader looks like.
