Pros

Good working environment/team, great benefits, reasonably easy to transfer to a different location. The scheduling app makes it pretty straightforward to pick up and offer shifts.

Cons

Inconsistent hours are the biggest con. Hard to know how much you'll be able to get on a given week. If you want to reach 35+ hours you will generally have to pick up shifts at stores other than your own, and you will likely have to work at least 6 days of the week due to the prevalence of 5 hour shifts.
