Pros

You get a lot from this role as far as building a resume goes. The name will get you places. Your benefits are nice and after some time you can make a decent salary. Supportive work environment for the most part, I worked hard and never had issues with upper management.

Cons

Initial salary is not very livable for the Portland area, I had to work a side hustle to feel comfortable. Hours are generally exhausting, you'll have little energy for a social life unless you close a lot or can go to bed at 7pm.
