Pros

Good benefits package, flexible hours, chances to advance your career, able to easily transfer to other stores including other provinces

Cons

High stress for low pay, often short staff, management is not always helpful (hit or miss depending on the store, and whether management was an external or internal hire)

Pros

Starbucks is a good place to start a career in customer service. They empower their staff and encourage creative problem solving.

Cons

You smell like coffee all the time. Unless you have a serious caffeine addiction, you get sick of it pretty quickly.

Pros

Company has same core values as I do and offer good benefits.

Cons

I am always on call and have trouble attracting good candidates to my store due to low starting wage.
