Pros

Flexible work hours, great staff and easy to get along with! I loved the fast paced environment and learning.

Cons

Can be tiring, depends on the day and the customers - but same goes with every customer service related job.

Pros

You get free coffee, weekly tips (the amount depends on the store), and most employees are very friendly. Starbuck's benefits are also great, plus you can get full benefits even if you work part time.

Cons

The customers can be extremely difficult with their orders, also it is a fast moving environment so you must keep up or order times will climb incredibly high.

Pros

Busy, met a lot of interesting people.

Cons

It gets a bit boring after 6-12 months. Big turnaround.
