Pros

There is a lot to learn and the training is very thorough. Unlike other entry level jobs, Starbucks gives you a complete run down on the company, it's history, what they are planning, etc. It feels like you are actually a part of the company instead of just being a worker. The benefits are awesome, and they pay a bit more than other places. One of the best reasons to work is the sense of fulfillment. Since you have to learn so much and get trained in just the right way, you really feel your like your adding value to the company.

Cons

It could be a stressful job at times because it gets really busy. Customers are generally nice and understanding, but there are always going to be those who cant be pleased no matter what. When they hire you they expect a lot out of you, so you always have to bring your best foot forward.

Pros

-good benefits -flexible hours -perks, such as free beverages, discount at all store, etc.

Cons

-little pay (just above min wage) for a lot of work -pay increase is a joke (worked for 4 years, only earn 30 cents more than when i started) -rude, entitled customers
