Pros

The ability to run your business, in a very people oriented business. Having fun while at work is key and the benefits make it easy to higher quality associates.

Cons

Sometimes the labor allowed during different day parts makes it tough to run the business. A lot is expected and not always able to complete in a timely manor!

Pros

Starbucks has fair hours and great benefits for even part time employees. Easy to get a long with company culture.

Cons

The early hours are sometimes rough.

Pros

The communication from Starbucks headwuarters was helpful. I was proud to work there. There is an emphasis on quality and customer service.

Cons

It is literally impossible to have full-time hours at Starbucks. If you want to make money beyond pocket change, do not work here. Also, you will likely have to work at least one day of every weekend (which is likely typical for retail).
