Pros

Great opportunities for career development relevant to areas of personal interests. Getting to work with fantastic partners. Free pound of coffee each week.

Cons

Managers are expected to work across the entire schedule- from 4:00am opening shifts to 1:00 am closing shifts-EVERY WEEK! Good luck trying to develop a decent sleep cycle. Pay is lower than comparable positions with other companies. Poor planning and implementation. Change occurs too often and with too much urgency to execute with precision.
