Pros

Can be a fun atmosphere, free coffee. If you have the right DM, you learn a ton and get real development. Management experience is always good too.

Cons

The reworking of the company a few years back resulted in a whole lot of the talent that made the company what it was leaving. Not the same place. As a SM, you will work ridiculous hours, and you will never be sure that your days off are actually going to be days off. Huge sales pressure these days. Lots of plates to juggle. Not much growth opportunity.

Pros

Amazing benifits and a great work environment.

Cons

Extremely early hours and in some cases late work hours as well. Consistant sleep cycles are hard to come by but if you are willing, it's one of the best places to work.
