Pros

Free coffee in each of the kitchens each day is good which saves money; company recognition on the resume; they subsidize transit options so taking the train or bus is less costly; opportunity to participate in coffee tastings around the company; the corporate headquarters are really stunning and it is fun to have meetings in the common areas.

Cons

Lower pay compared to similar larger companies in the Seattle area; you pay more for benefits than at other companies and they sometimes provide less; stock value has not increase over the last few years I have been there; time off is nominal when you start - and most positions have to wait six months to take time off; opportunities for advancement are non-existent in the workplace today.
