There corporate social responsibility is really admirable. The benefits are fantastic.

The store manager's schedule is totally inconsistent. It is very difficult to plan a life outside of work with this company.

Pros

Amazing coroporation with a high level of corporate social responsibility. It provides not only coffee, but a third place environment and cares for it's partners(employees) and neighbourhoods which they do business. There are continually opportunities to shine and show one's dedication towards their work, and Starbucks has much infrastructure in place to support personal growth and development. During my duration with the company, I felt complete respect for the brand and environment which Howard has created, and enjoyed coming to work to recreate his dream. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking to work in a postive retail environment.

Cons

Early mornings and late nights.
