Pros

A good environment in which to work very hard for a brand you can be proud of. Great customer significance, so if you're into customer service and being part of a uniquely valuable consumer brand, providing an uplifiting, inspiring and nuruturing environment and experience paired with acknowledged product quality, you can't do better. General busienss accumen across all layers of management is improving, so frustration for leadership aptitude is improving.

Cons

Be prepared to work very, very hard within an organization loaded with political and cultural complexity. There's coffee everywhere, but you'll need it.

starbucks is a great company with a fantastic mission. They support store managers to run their business and always provide constant feedback for how to run a profitable business. They support work-life balance, and has a great overall compensation package, including stock options and 401K.

*streamlined process to merge processes to store reports.
