      A barista position looks better from the other side of the counter

      Pros

      The benefits package, especially for part time hours is very competitive. It is a fast paced and energetic work environment.

      Cons

      The training of new employees is not consistent. A lack of front line leadership allows the most outspoken staff to drive the culture, which can negatively impact morale and quality of products and service.

      Pros

      The company provides a product that we can all be proud of. The company does its best to make sure that our partners are very knowledgeable about our product and our culture.

      Cons

      So many changes within the company ALL the time. Sometimes you question its stability. Intentions of upper management is questionable at times. However, that is only a critique of the integrity of the characters of some managers and not a critique of the position itself.
