Pros

Very flexible on working from home, especially in software development. Flexibility when necessary on the job. The company will make sure you have tools you need to your job (i.e. sending you an android and iPhone to test apps on them, multiple monitors, etc.). Very innovative company. Pay is fine given the position. Management seems down to earth and I've felt above average as far as being comfortable talking to my boss and other management is concerned

Strong ONE TEAM Culture - different than public companies always innovating - just announced moving away from annual performance reviews best in class technology always learning Great Benefits package

Hope we keep the flexible work arrangements Global company - but not always global in how we work and talk

Pros

Nice place to maybe start out for your career so you know what to look for in your next companies so you don't end up working for one like this again.

Cons

So many reason not to work for this company it would take pages up. Trash management and the family that owns the company is just trash.
