      Too many immature projects going on...

      Pros

      Competitive pay and leading technology. The people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Every project is taken in at risk. It's very expensive and frustrating to work on many projects simultaneously when some or none are ready for prime time. Let's develop a few quality features. Planning is very chaotic the further down the waterfalls that you get.

      * Co-workers that have been there for many many years are not as professional as they would be when they are new. Or they are too stuck in their old ways. * Some political bureaucracy can be frustrating.
