      Support from contracting agency, salary, benefits were all above average for contract position. Excellent communication from agency and with hiring company

      old and big company with lots of cash flow

      salary, commissions were way sub par. most all clients were stale and never kept up with causing there to be numerous jobs and no deals. wantd me to switch to full desk and I never wanted, at the time to work a full desk.
