Sexism. No senior women in management. All of the senior women have been forced out and replaced by older white men from previous insurance company. Women are degraded and put into more secretarial/non management roles. Men curse in the office and are the only ones invited to important meetings. No minorities in high positions. High turnover among younger employees No flexible work environments Nepotism

Growing aggressively, great history of management and growth. Excellecent organizational knowledge and industry experience. Starr seemed to pick the brightest and most experienced when they started again +10 years ago.

Cons

Old school business style, management, and practices. Compensation not really tied to performance.
