The discount on food/free bowling

The cons defiantly outweigh the pros. This is the most dysfunctional company i have ever worked for. I don’t know about other locations but the at the Smyrna Tn Its a real crap show. Employees and management do nothing but spread rumors about those who currently work and those who leave. Management refuses to address sexual harassment claims brought to them by employees unless there is “video proof” they defiantly pick favorites and they get away with anything as far as doing drugs on the premises and half of the employees come to work smelling of alcohol. Managers talk badly of customers as well.

Easy work for high school or college kids. Good atmosphere. Free bowling.

Cons

-Corporate is getting overly involved in individual locations without considering their specific needs. This results in employees having to do things that don't make sense at their location just because the other locations are doing it. -Low pay. -Management is sometimes disorganized, which can create more work for lower level employees.
