Good pay, enjoyed working with my department managers and teams.

Cons

Had great training modules, but staff never had time tuo work on training. Unrealistic budgets for bonus opportunity. worked FT associates like dogs and never acknowledged or thanked them.As a mid level manager you always had to look at your back,felt like the enemy in your own team.
