      Directionless executives slash jobs to save money, 1st and 2nd level leaders have no pull, execs have no clue

      Was a great company with good values, benefits, and opportunities to grow from within. Used to be proud to tell people I worked for SF.

      Cons

      New leadership is all about numbers. Customer service and employee moral are tanking. No longer my career, just a job. In 2 years this place has fallen so far.
