Supportive team and involved supervisor. Opportunity for growth and yearly bonus Feeling like I'm truly helping people get the most out of their insurance benefits. Very little micromanagement, you are your own boss.
Cons
This is a call center job. Abusive customers cause a stressful environment. It's unlikely that you will leave when you're supposed to. Upper management continually creates confusion with new directives every few weeks that contradict themselves. Rework is constant due to the varied level of training across the board.
