Pros

They offer a ton of unlimited over time!

Cons

There is a lot of micro-managing, and monitoring, but if you don’t mind that type of environment then this is the place for you . I personally can’t work in a setting where it feels like I’m ALWAYS being watched.

Pros

Team Mgrs support their staff, as much as they can.

Cons

Avoid SF. They no longer care about their customers or employees. They cut our staff and customers have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appt. Local mgmt has no control over staffing and they are just as frustrated. Everything comes down from corporate and they obviously don’t care about service any more. Everything is based on metrics, which is great when you produce one product with zero variables, but not so good when every customer and is claim different. SF is loosing policies daily and on the way out. It’s so sad to see, a once great company, abandon its core values and let down its customers and employees.

Pros

Decent benefits but I could get about the same rate for my health insurance on the open market. Semi-decent starting pay.

Cons

EXTREMELY micromanaged! Starting day 1 in training they monitor your every move down to when you go to the bathroom. Don’t take more than 5 min or that’s being gone too long...even though you have to walk a mile just to find a bathroom. It’s awful feeling that even though you are doing your job you are being watched every second of the day. You will have daily team huddles to review everyone’s numbers all together so you can see who on your team has the highest and lowest numbers. If you have high numbers they expect you to be willing to help the ones with lower production numbers even though they don’t give you time to breathe, let alone help someone else. You will have monthly reviews with your team leader and they want you to come in prepared to discuss how you can improve and what you’ve not been doing very well even if it’s the smallest thing. This is the same for everyone even if you have great numbers and overall fantastic production. There are so many different levels of management that it’s ridiculous. I guess they have to have that many or else they wouldn’t be able to breathe down each employees neck. Don’t plan on ever getting to use your PTO. Only two people can be out at a time per area. It’s also WAY less PTO than I have had with other companies and there are not any opportunities to work from home no matter what they try to tell you. Overall it feels like I’m back in elementary school. Run. Far. Away. Don’t waste your time on this company. As someone who has found a much better job and worked great jobs in the past..this one is SO not worth the stress and the treatment.
