Claims adjusters are hourly not salary which does not give flexibility with schedule Heavy on metrics which drives employees to take shortcuts

I had 6 supervisors the whole time I was there. Last supervisor would do a 1x1 w/the employees as have to do. Use to tell me that when you get old the minds go's. Father pass away and shortly after because I reported her to HR which did nothing. I was terminated by the supervisor. Every time she would have some body shadow w/me then they would tell me that I work a claim the same way they did. I knew my job but w/this supervisor I was made as if I did not. Age Discrimination is so real. Well now the recordings can still be played back by the conversations when it was said to me to show proof. I was a excellent employer until I got the wrong supervisor that I never ask for.
