Pros

They pay slightly above minimum wage

Cons

Training for doing cold calling was an hour tops. There is threshold you must meet on Sales to be able to get a commission, otherwise the agent eats your commission. There is no real role designation so everyone is doing everything rather than having departments, this leads to constant mix ups and holds through the office because only 1 or 2 team members is qualified to answer most of the questions at the office. Overall the biggest con is that the place has a really aggressive work environment, with the boss only coming into the office an hour a day to glare at the staff and yell.

Pros

Great benefits from day one.

Cons

Poor review process at year end, management doesn't have much say in how raises are administered.
