      Fun but high stress. Very competitive.

      Fun place to be. Help the community. Potential for big bonuses depending on specific agent. Small office setting. Work closely with agent.

      Cons

      Low base salary. Not clear on job duties for specific titles, not a lot of structure. Because of the low salary you have low quality employees

      Pros

      The customers are wonderful as are the majority of the staff.

      Cons

      The managers only want to worry about what lines their pockets and gets them bonuses that they never share with their employees. They try to sell a lot of BS that they think the employees will buy.
