Micro management at every conceivable level. You can be the top performer on your team, but if your mouse ever stops moving or you ever take a moment to breathe, god forbid, be prepared to never ever hear the end of it. Immediate mgmt is overwhelmingly yesmen/yeswomen, and upper mgmt is just clueless and completely committed to making things worse for the claims employees at every turn.
